I am a 19 year old student at the University of South Carolina, studying Mechanical Engineering.  I have been flying RC Helicopters for almost 5 years now and I have enjoyed every minute of it.  I got into helis in the summer of 2003, flying a Raptor 30V1 as my first machine.  I eventually got a Sceadu Evo 50, then a Raptor 90 SE and finally a Fury Extreme.  I learned so much with my Extreme- putting in over 400 flights without a crash in just a few months.  I then got on board with Miniature Aircraft USA in 2006 and have been flying their models since. 

            I am now fortunate enough to be able to fly as much as I want, whenever school permits.  I also do a lot of traveling to many events across the world.  For competitions- I will be competing in this year’s 2008 XFC Competition in Muncie, Indiana, as well as the 3D Masters in Northampton, England this summer.  I will also be attending a good amount of events through out the US and other parts of the world including Korea, Honduras, and maybe a few others.
